We made the trip from the "other" lake to Bracey. Christian assessed our golf cart right on the trailer. When he did not have the batteries in stock that we wanted after he promised to get from his other location, he sold us the fancier batteries at the price of the cheaper ones. He knows how to treat and keep customers. It was definitely worth the longer drive to get the best service!
We were looking for a Sky Blue Evolution Golf Cart. Our searched led us to VA Cars and Carts and Christian. He advised he had the golf cart we were looking for in Sky Blue. He took the time to send us a picture of the golf cart to confirm it was the color and model we wanted. We picked up our new golf cart and we love it. Christian and Phillip found the cart I was looking for and provided excellent customer service. I was in and out in probably 30 minutes or less. Even threw in a military discount. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new cart before anywhere else.

We purchased a 2020 Ez-Go RXV. The cart is in immaculate condition, the price was extremely reasonable and Phil and his team were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. When it turned out that the battery charger that came with the cart was not working properly, Phil sent one of his employees to deliver a replacement to us 3 hours away on a Saturday. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
So far, absolutely perfect, Dominique was so helpful and helping us pick out the perfect golf cart. We picked it up today and everything was five star.
We just bought a new golf cart from these guys today. We just stopped by and they were very busy but took the time to explain everything and everyone was very friendly. We will continue to go to this place in the future. Would recommend to anyone.
